Day 311: I have gratitude for the local police force in town. I caught this as I was stopped at a light: an officer was playing with some kids at the gas station. The officer was getting into his car as the kids came over to talk, but he stopped and got down at their level to talk with them. It was pretty neat to see the officer take the time to engage the children.
