Day 69: I have gratitude for the opportunity to experiment and create new food recipes. In addition to the fact that we live in a place where access to ingredients and food is assumed (convicting when you think of the rest of the world), I am thankful for a wife that doesn’t discourage my adventures in cooking and even willingly tastes my creations despite the huge mess I create!
